Ad Profectus is Latin meaning for growth. This phrase embodies the mindset I try to follow. I want to be efficient, effective, and healthy. I choose to be the hero of my own journey, tackling every challenge head-on with the hope of living invigorated, ready to conquer the next challenge: ad profectus!
